We had a pleasant and cozy cousin gathering with great food, ending on a sweet note with two delicious waffles. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes, and the food is truly delightful. The tender pork chop, paired with pineapple, was a pleasant surprise—unlike the usual dry texture, it was juicy and flavorful. The laksa pasta had a rich, thick broth, and the duck pasta received great feedback from my cousin and partner. Everyone enjoyed the food, presentation, and ambiance. The table service was excellent as well. A wonderful dining experience overall!

We lived in Toa Payoh East, so the Toa Payoh central area is just about 2 bus stops away from our block. ● I wasn't hungry, so I ordered an Iced Cafe Latte, customised to a single espresso shot with extra milk. ● My hubby had the Fish and Chips dish, which turned out to be a satisfying and tasty meal for him. ___________________________________ ???? Location = This cafe is located a short distance away from Toa Payoh Library. ???? From Toa Payoh MRT station --> to this Gig Cafe, it takes about 7 to 8 mins of brisk walking approximately. ________________________________ Decor = The entire cafe is wrapped in a soothing salmon pink shade that immediately gives a soft and cosy vibe. The ceiling is draped with cascading dusty-pink dried leaves and vines, interwoven with warm hanging bulbs that create a dreamy, almost fairy-tale atmosphere. ???? The walls are adorned with pastel floral murals and large paper flower installations, blending nicely with the vintage terrazzo flooring. ???? Overall, the decor feels whimsical and very Instagram-worthy. ____________________________ Service = Staff were polite, attentive and accommodating to small requests (like customising my latte). Overall, a pleasant experience with both food and service.

Love the uplifting décor and soothing music, a balm to the soul and oasis in the concrete jungle. Friendly and prompt service. Delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The floral tea is routinely topped up with more hot water.

Ordered the hawaiian pork chop. Nicely marinated and tasted good. I especially like the cute little crown bowl holding the sauce. Cozy place to eat with friends and special someone. Interesting light bulbs that lit up the place. Will try the waffles next time.

Nicely decorated cafe with good vibes. Hidden between the heartland shophouses in Toa Payoh, its a about 10 mins walk from the MRT. The food and drinks are great and pair well. Good vibes. Will come again to try the other dishes
